Direct Placement was established in 2009 in the home of Adam Vanderpool. His personal commitment to excellence, hard work, leadership and dedication led to constant growth for the business that would eventually become Direct Placement. As the company continued to grow beyond expectations, it quickly became necessary for a more formal business structure to be put in place, and so Direct Placement, LLC was formed.

Adam is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and participates in the national Buy Veteran Program. He has two beautiful daughters and he spends his time treasure hunting, traveling, meeting clients and spending time with his family. He believes that small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy and strives to help them grow. He owns multiple other businesses and is always looking to find the next great idea. Adam is also a die-hard Oregon Ducks football fan!

Adam’s leadership was publicly recognized at the 2013 Portland Business Alliance’s yearly celebration for the 100 fastest growing private companies in Oregon & SW Washington. Direct Placement, LLC came in 7th with a growth percentage of 498.8% over the last 3 years.
